I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pear Tree for a few years now. Gemma always keeps in regular contact and shows a genuine care for what we are doing and going through as a business. This was particularly true during Covid – where many wouldn’t have bothered, she regularly picked up the phone for a catch up knowing we wouldn’t have any needs, but wanting to maintain our relationship, nonetheless. Due to the size of our business, we don’t get many requirements but when we do, I can trust that the team at Pear Tree treat us as importantly as their larger clients and they will always endeavour to find high quality candidates to work for us.
