<p><span style="font-size:14pt;">Our client is recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor! </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14pt;">You will be acting as main point of contact for new and existing customers, managing incoming enquiries, processing bookings, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. A flair for service and sales is a must!</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14pt;">This role is based in our client&rsquo;s head office in Moreton-in-Marsh with free onsite parking and a train station 10 minutes&rsquo; walk away.</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:14pt;">Key duties will include:</span></strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Handling all incoming enquiries and reservation calls promptly </span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Processing bookings, scheduling services, and managing guest requests </span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents</span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Adhering to quality standards, maintaining efficiency in all tasks </span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Driving sales and identifying improvements for guest reservations</span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets </span></li>
</ul>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:14pt;">Experience and skills required: </span></strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Proven experience working to targets in a customer service environment (e.g. hospitality, retail, beauty etc)</span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment </span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Excel </span></li>
	<li><span style="font-size:14pt;">Excellent communication and organisational skills </span></li>
