Join our client’s friendly hire car branch as a Transport Planner!
This role will work within a branch, supporting the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations and planning driver schedules for the delivery and collection of hire cars to customers.
Duties will include:
- Arranging the delivery and coordinating the collection of hire cars to customers
- Liaising with the branch network to secure suitable vehicles for customers
- Recording any vehicle damage accurately and reporting any collection issues
- Checking and inputting driver hours and associated expenses
- Updating customer records using an in-house system
- Deputising for the Branch Manager in their absence
