Our client is looking to welcome a new Technical Training Lead to their team!
As a Technical Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and supporting company training programs including inductions, regulatory updates, and product and service training. This role will suit someone with proven experience in a financial services training role.

Daily duties to include:
- Designing, overseeing, and supporting various training programs
- Ensuring employees meet required competence levels
- Implementing a standardised training framework across departments
- Supporting mandatory e-learning completion
- Providing ad hoc training sessions on new product and services
- Working closely with stakeholders across departments
Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a similar financial services training role is required. Strong understanding of the Training and Competence framework, along with knowledge of Consumer Duty and Vulnerable Customer regulations is ideal.
