Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Are you looking for a part-time administration role that enhances your customer service skills?

Our client based in North Bristol is looking to recruit a customer service administrator to support a high workload. This role will cover a period of up to 6 months working Monday, Thursday and Friday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., 21 hours per week.

The administrator position is perfect for someone that is passionate about completing tasks to a high standard with excellent attention to detail, whilst also maintaining the high level of customer service that is the major focus for the company.

The successful candidate will be chasing outstanding information from external repairers and logistics partners parties, conducting quality checks for images, reviewing mileage discrepancies, assisting with invoicing, and providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will have a strong administration background including knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
