Working for a professional and friendly company in the heart of Keynsham, you’ll be part of a successful team. Working to deliver excellent service to business customers, you’ll bring with you a flair for dealing with people and a real drive for high standards.

Liaising with contacts from small to large businesses and across a range of sectors, you’ll be happy and confident over the phone. You’ll also be a great communicator via email and have a keen eye for detail.

Daily duties will include:

  • Contacting prospect customers who have expressed interest via website enquiries
  • Outlining the services that can be provided and trying to secure the customer by signing them up or arranging for a sales manager to meet with them
  • Working with colleagues to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Acting as intermediary between customers and the sales team
  • Troubleshooting services delays or failures
  • Accurately inputting data on internal platforms and systems
  • Updating and amending service schedules through internal software
  • Processing ad-hoc requests as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a telesales position ideally gained within a business to business environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using ERP or CRMS is advantageous but not essential
