Technical Fleet Controller

Our client, based in Corsham, is looking for a motivated, organised individual with strong mechanical vehicle knowledge to join their friendly team! If you’re looking for a new challenge to develop your skills, this could be the role for you.

You will be delivering outstanding customer service and handling a range of customer requests. Daily duties will include:

  • Managing the invoicing cycle across Operations to ensure business KPIs are met
  • Managing booking requests and applying expert knowledge to minimise cost and maximise vehicle up-time
  • Effectively managing all vehicle off road incidents
  • Liaising with manufacturers to ensure best outcome for customers
  • Acting as point of contact for technical escalations, invoice disputes, and additional processing as needed
  • Managing daily task allocation across operating systems
  • Effectively managing own diary for daily tasks

About you:

  • Mechanical vehicle knowledge is essential
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Strong IT and communication skills
