If you have strong knowledge of the financial services sector, regulatory reporting experience and enjoy solving technical enquiries, this could be the next role for you. This role is essential in ensuring the company adheres to strict internal policies and external regulatory requirements, whilst maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
Daily duties to include:
- Supporting the business and clients in understanding regulatory policies and procedures
- Reporting on regulatory enhancements and controls
- Assisting with a range of internal and external technical enquiries
- Processing HMRC documentation and tax exemptions
- Assisting in user acceptance testing to support platform upgrades
- Investigating and raising compliance breaches with senior stakeholders
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in the financial services sector
- Previous experience of working in a compliance or reporting role
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex systems
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience in senior stakeholder management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
