We’re proud to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Team Leader within their Matter Support team. Our client is an award-winning international law firm, and this role is suited to someone with fee-earning experience and coaching/mentoring experience.
You will be managing a varied team of Paralegals and Apprentices, responsible for managing their performance and development.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Supervising daily workflow to ensure expectations and targets are met
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Delivering training and managing staff performance
- Providing feedback to staff including attending review meetings
- Supporting with resource management to allocate work to the wider team
- Developing accurate knowledge of standard tasks and processes
Required skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of fee-earning experience
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
- A resilient demeanour and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A law degree (or equivalent) is ideal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
