Our client is looking to welcome a passionate Team Leader to their inbound customer service team! You will be supporting team members to ensure exceptional service is provided to customers. The successful candidate will need to be a strong people manager with the ability to meet business goals and standards.
Daily duties include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the inbound customer service team
- Allocating work amongst the team to ensure all tasks are completed
- Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance
- Providing guidance, training, and coaching to new and existing team members
- Ensuring team members feel supported and valued
- Motivating the team to meet goals and targets
Skills and experience:
- Experience of fulfilling team leader duties, ideally in a contact centre environment (e.g. secondment)
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- High standards of communication skills, both written and verbal
