Are you a motivational leader with the ability to manage a team?

Our client is looking to welcome a passionate Team Leader to their inbound customer service team! You will be supporting team members to ensure exceptional service is provided to customers. The successful candidate will need to be a strong people manager with the ability to meet business goals and standards.

Daily duties include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the inbound customer service team
  • Allocating work amongst the team to ensure all tasks are completed
  • Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance
  • Providing guidance, training, and coaching to new and existing team members
  • Ensuring team members feel supported and valued
  • Motivating the team to meet goals and targets

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of fulfilling team leader duties, ideally in a contact centre environment (e.g. secondment)
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • High standards of communication skills, both written and verbal
