If you have admin experience and a knack for problem solving, you could make a great addition to our client’s friendly team!
As a Stock Management Analyst, you will be allocating stock to stores and completing the related administrative processes. You will ensure that correct quantities of products are at the right locations to maximise sales and reduce excess stock. In addition, you will identify seasonal trends and implement processes to maximise stock available for sale across the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Merchandising and Retail departments to forecast stock requirements across the UK retail network
- Addressing and resolving issues such as stock discrepancies, excess stock and limit stock wastage
- Ensuring accurate stock data on internal systems
- Identifying trends based on previous sales data and future sales predictions
- Supporting the flow of stock from suppliers to stores
- Utilising reports and internal systems to track product performance
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements where possible
Skills and experience required:
- Experience within an administrative position
- Previous experience of working in ecommerce or stock management
- Sound knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
