If you have admin experience and a knack for problem solving, you could make a great addition to our client’s friendly team!

As an Administrator, you will be allocating stock to stores and completing the related administrative processes. You will ensure that correct quantities of products are at the right locations to maximise sales and reduce excess stock.

Responsibilities include:

  • Addressing and resolving issues such as stock discrepancies or excess stock
  • Ensuring accurate stock data on internal systems
  • Supporting the flow of stock from suppliers to stores
  • Utilising reports and internal systems to track product performance
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements where possible

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience within an administrative position
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
