Senior Reservations Agent

Our client offers exceptional guest experiences for all of their customers, and they’re looking to recruit a Senior Key Account Sales Executive to drive client conversion rates. You’ll play a key role in the team, so this opportunity will ideally suit someone with at least 3 years of sales experience.

The Role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day conversion of enquiries from key clients
  • Developing a strong understanding of client requirements
  • Proactively identifying, prioritising, and converting high value enquiries
  • Negotiating with clients and internal teams to secure bookings
  • Supporting with ad hoc training and coaching events
  • Driving additional revenue through upgrades and upsells
  • Acting as first point of contact for enquiry and booking-related queries for key clients

The Person:

At least 3 years of sales experience is required, ideally within the serviced apartment/aparthotel industry. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience managing multiple client requests is also required.
