Senior Credit Control Manager

This is a unique opportunity to manage our client’s global credit control function, forming a key part of their change leadership team for a global finance transformation programme, focusing on good practices and team development.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing credit control processes and procedures globally
  • Focusing on people and skills development and leadership as well as process implementation
  • Setting and reporting against targets
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on regular collections as well as progress on key initiatives
  • Reviewing the set up and use of credit control systems
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with teams both within finance and across the organisation
  • Working with the Credit Control Manager to review team member performance

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience of leading significant change within a credit control function
  • Managing and implementing change programmes. Working from strategy to action and results
  • Experience of managing people, resources, budgets, and projects in a change environment
  • Evaluation of outcomes of change and the benefits of projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working with stakeholders and board level personnel
