Senior Contract Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join our client’s busy and friendly team, suitable for someone with exceptional organisational, analytical, and numerical skills. A passion for delivering exceptional service is a must!

You will provide comprehensive administration support for a key contract, ensuring all jobs are managed effectively, and supporting paperwork is accurate. You’ll be liaising with the engineers, account manager, and client directly, resolving all inbound queries or issues.

Daily responsibilities to include:

  • Ensuring all work orders are accurately recorded, allocated, and processed
  • Ensuring compliance with all targets, SLAs, and deadlines
  • Managing subcontractors and their workloads, liaising with clients regarding works and access
  • Responding to queries from clients, account managers, subcontractors, and engineers
  • Supporting with tracking and closing individual cases as required
  • Managing documentation to meet business process requirements, company standards, and industry regulations
  • Monitoring Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure all risks are managed

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is required
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Hours of work are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
