Senior Client Services Administrator

  • Bath/hybrid (3 days working from home)
  • Previous financial services experience required

Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and require an experienced candidate with knowledge of working in the financial services sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your existing skills and take on more responsibility by coaching and developing team members. You will also play an integral role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service.

You will primarily be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to expected standards.

Main duties will include:

  • Processing high volumes of instructions in a timely manner including investments
  • Providing administrative support to Financial Adviser firms and dealing with any queries
  • Developing new processes and identifying improvements for existing ones
  • Managing risk and informing the relevant manager of any incidents or concerns
  • Acting as first point of escalation within the team
  • Supporting with training for existing and new team members
  • Ensuring compliance with company SLAs and industry regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in administration is essential  
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds is ideal
