Senior Client Services Administrator

Our client is going through an exciting period of change, and they’re developing their team of Senior Client Services Administrator!

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your existing skills in financial services. You will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service.

You will primarily be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to expected standards.

Main duties will include:

  • Processing new investments in a timely manner and completing related administrative tasks
  • Handling a range of enquiries and requests from clients and Financial Adviser firms
  • Identifying any risks and reporting any incidents in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Providing training and supporting to new and existing team members
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financial services regulations and legislation
  • Completing all work to agrees SLAs and KPIs

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in pensions administration essential
  • Previous experience of working in the financial services sector 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of SIPP/Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds is ideal
