Our client, a trusted and rapidly growing commercial facilities contractor, is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy team!
Your role as a Scheduling Coordinator is key in ensuring smooth nationwide operations by allocating work across reactive and planned works teams. You’ll be ensuring jobs are scheduled effectively and supporting excellent service delivery.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling daily jobs and allocating work to the appropriate teams within agreed SLAs
- Managing inbound enquiries and preparing accurate quotations
- Booking in planned maintenance and quoted works
- Handling reactive and emergency scheduling for the 24/7 response team
- Providing accurate job details and updates to the appropriate teams
- Maintaining accurate records and updating job statuses on the internal system
- Ensuring client expectations are managed and strict SLAs are met
- Liaising with clients to ensure clear communication and excellent service
About you:
- Previous scheduling experience within facilities or utilities is required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proactive and customer-focussed
- Confident IT skills
