Our client is hiring a Sales Team Manager to join their busy and friendly team!
In this role, you’ll be converting sales opportunities, guiding leads through the sales process, and manage the team to ensure high-performance standards. Due to the nature of this role, previous sales and team management is required, ideally within legal/professional services.
Duties will include:
- Handling enquiries from clients and business partners, guiding them through the sales process
- Managing, analysing, and utilising MI to identify trends and enhance conversion rates
- Providing guidance to internal consultants, ensuring appropriate training is in place
- Overseeing daily lead management, ensuring all opportunities are maximised
- Working with the team to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Proactively coaching and managing the team including conducting one-to-ones and development reviews
- Meeting and exceeding both individual and team targets and KPIs
- Maintaining high services standards and providing excellent end-to-end customer service
Required experience and skills:
- Previous sales experience
- Management experience including mentoring and coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs
