Our client is looking to welcome a talented Reservations Sales Coach to their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your sales skills and support the team with delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will be providing coaching and support to the team, motivating them to meet targets and SLAs.

The Role:

  • Proactively identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities, supporting the conversion of high-value enquiries
  • Using side-by-side coaching, call listening, and regular training sessions to motivate the team
  • Driving additional revenue through upgrades and upsells where possible
  • Developing a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Upholding an outstanding team culture in line with company standards
  • Leading incentive activity to support the delivery of performance targets

The Person:

At least 3 years of sales experience is required, along with experience of supporting a team to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of team motivation and call coaching to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
