As a Remediation Case Handler, you will work with your team to facilitate positive customer outcomes via a range of communication channels and support customers with their queries.
Daily duties to include:
- Dealing with remediation calculations including requesting information from external parties
- Reviewing and collating data to build full case files
- Consistently working within strict time constraints
- Identifying and reporting customer complaints in line with company policy
- Investigating complaints and reaching a prompt and suitable resolution
- Providing customers with updates as requested
- Liaising with internal teams and customers via telephone, email, and letter
Required skills and experience:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Experience dealing with customer complaints within a financial services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
