Join our client’s growing team as a Remediation Administrator!
In this role, you’ll be utilising your financial services skills to ensure exceptional service is delivered by the operational teams. In addition, you will be dealing with a range of complaints and taking corrective action in a professional manner to ensure successful resolution.
Daily duties to include:
- Supporting queries, complaints and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Ensuring complaint resolution and corrective actions are taken quickly and efficiently
- Providing exceptional service in line with expected standards
- Processing new investments and providing administrative support
- Building strong and long-lasting client relationships

Qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in financial services is essential
- An understanding of investments and investment products
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
