Previous customer service, administration, or financial services experience is desirable, but if you have a relevant degree and an eagerness to learn, we want to hear from you!

As a Reconciliations and Banking Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering team and individual targets within expected timescales and to the highest standards.

Daily duties will include:

  • Undertaking daily client money reconciliations and investigation
  • Supporting the company’s ongoing CASS adherence
  • Processing regulatory returns and claims
  • Liaising with third parties such as fund managers and banks
  • Overseeing funding from the corporate accounts for shortfalls
  • Processing and banking cheques accurately
