Reconciliation Executive

  • Bath – hybrid after training (2 days from home)
  • Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
  • 12-month fixed term contract (possibility of extension)

This role is working primarily with financial data therefore the successful candidate will ideally have previous financial services experience with knowledge of CASS. Daily duties to include:

  • Daily reconciliation of client accounts, checking for anomalies and investigating when required
  • Overseeing funding from the Corporate accounts for shortfalls
  • Completing checks on bank accounts and uploading payment files
  • Managing internal and external customer reconciliations and investigation
  • Liaising with third parties such as fund managers and banks
  • Processing nominee and investment manager payments

Skills and experience required:

  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and data reconciliation
