The Job

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be:

  • Providing consistent and accurate quality performance assessments of interactions including calls, correspondence, and live chat
  • Capturing trends and insight to drive awareness, improvements, and development
  • Working with internal teams to highlight trends with a view to improve process and service delivery
  • Supporting the production of monthly data led performance packs
  • Working with the coaching team to review, translate, and transform data into tangible actions
  • Leading and influencing sessions to education and strengthen consistently across coaching and management teams
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for quality-related queries

The Person

Due to the nature of this Quality Assurance Analyst role, experience gained within a quality-oriented role with a customer centric focus is essential. You must be a clear communicator with the ability to interpret data. Previous blended contact centre quality experience is desirable.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday shifts between 8am – 7pm (35 hours per week).
