Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager, you will be helping to develop and manage a key migration and ensuring all related activities comply with regulations, policies, standards, and procedures. This role involves the migration of data, assets, and transaction history from one platform to another.

Previous experience leading large-scale migration programmes is required, along with in-depth knowledge of wealth management platforms and financial services.

Daily duties to include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of migration planning and execution
  • Tracking progress through Key Risk Indicators and MI reporting
  • Managing relationships with third-party providers and stakeholders
  • Supporting operational teams through the transition by addressing potential process changes, user impact, and system adoption
  • Overseeing activities form Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other contributors
  • Overseeing data integrity and reconciliation, ensuring assets, client records, and transaction histories are accurately transferred and validated
  • Managing change control and governance processes
  • Handling budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar migration programme management role
  • Knowledge of programme governance including RAID management, change control, business readiness, and stakeholder reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial services and related regulations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
