People Development Advisor

We’re excited to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a talented People Development Advisor! In this role, you will be designing, delivering, and evaluating key training solutions to support the business including both technical and soft-skill courses.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing the internal learning management system including reporting, compliance campaigns, and the deployment of training modules
  • Providing assessment and coaching feedback in a delivery and coaching environment
  • Conducting accurate learning needs analysis and action mapping as needed
  • Acting as subject matter expert for learning and development queries

Due to the nature of this role, previous experience of working in an FCA regulated business is ideal, along with the ability to manage and develop relationships.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
