Pensions Review Loss Assessor

We’re excited to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a new Pensions Review Loss Assessor. The role is offered on a remote basis, although you will form part of a virtual team, where you will be responsible for determining financial losses from mis-sold pensions and providing a remedial service.

In this role, you’ll be carrying out complex loss assessment calculations across a portfolio of cases. You’ll be dealing with remedial work, complaints, and queries, ensuring fair treatment and satisfactory outcomes for customers.

Experience and skills required:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with pension products
  • Previous experience of working within the financial services sector
  • Proven experience of dealing with complex complaints
  • Experience of dealing with complex pension calculations and redress figures
  • Knowledge of Risk and Regulation in relation to the pensions review
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical and investigative skills (the ability to interpret large data sets)
