Our client, a leading provider of support services for local councils, is looking for an organised Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly team. You will play an integral part in supporting day-to-day operations and managing a range of administrative and reception tasks.
Daily duties and responsibilities of this Part Time Receptionist/Administrator role will include:
- Monitoring the shared inbox for new referrals
- Adding new referrals onto internal spreadsheets
- Conducting outbound calls and booking appointments
- Guiding referrals through the relevant forms and paperwork
- Ensuring referral forms are completed accurately
- Conducting outbound calls to potential new service users
Due to the nature of this role, previous administrative experience is ideal. The successful candidate will need to be exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and a great way of working with people over the phone. Excellent communication and IT skills are also required.
