Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Operational Delivery Lead to oversee the day-to-day management of the Transfers team, ensuring ongoing efficiencies and driving operational improvements.

General duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all SLAs are met and industry standards are maintained
- Leading the end-to-end process outcomes and acting as main point of contact for issue coordination through to resolution
- Building effective controls and improving procedures to mitigate risk
- Designing and collating key management information
- Leading and coaching team members through their development journey
- Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver against strategic goals
- Overseeing the completion of and reporting upon day-to-day activity
Key skills and experience:
- Previous experience within a similar operational lead role i.e. investment platform, wealth management, financial advisor
- Experience motivating and organising a team
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
- A willingness and eagerness to learn
