Marketing Manager

Our client, a professional services firm, is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on to develop and implement a marketing strategy to elevate their brand visibility, increase their client engagement, and reinforce their position as market leaders.

The successful confident will be a thought leader for internal stakeholders, and responsible for collaborating with a designated creative agency and external partners specialising in content, PR, and SEO.

Key duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Develop and implement a clear, creative, and commercially driven marketing strategy
  • Create targeted content to increase engagement with clients, both prospect and existing
  • Manage and deliver multi-channel campaigns, including content, digital, and paid media
  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Oversee budget allocation and manage external partners
  • Analyse and report on marketing performance, using insights to shape future activity
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Leading thought leadership efforts
  • Support with event planning and promotion
  • Managing and growing the firm’s LinkedIn presence as a key communications tool
     

The successful applicant should have:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ marketing experience within professional services
  • Degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Strong background in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning
  • Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent digital marketing knowledge, including paid media and LinkedIn
  • Event experience and ability to create engagement opportunities across key audiences
