Join our client’s busy and friendly team as a Key Account Team Manager!
You will be managing the day-to-day work requirements of the team and ensuring excellent service delivery to advisers and clients. This role would suit someone with previous team leader/supervisor experience, who also can form strong relationships with clients and manage and develop longstanding partnerships.
Responsibilities to include:
- Managing the performance of a team and ensuring tasks undertaken by the team are carried out to the highest standard
- Coaching, developing and developing a high performing team
- Developing, monitoring, and managing KPIs for the team
- Conducting regular one-to-ones and appraisals with team members
- Creating strong partnerships with a portfolio of customers
- Identifying areas where service delivery and quality can be improved
- Working with key stakeholders to develop a service delivery plan
- Provide meaningful MI and analysing data for the senior leadership team
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role
- Previous experience of working in an account management function
- Knowledge of financial or IT services desirable
- Experience of building and nurturing relationships with clients
- Ability to solve problems and strive for continuous improvement
