Key Account Team Leader

Join our client’s busy and friendly team as a Key Account Team Manager!

You will be managing the day-to-day work requirements of the team and ensuring excellent service delivery to advisers and clients. This role would suit someone with previous team leader/supervisor experience, who also can form strong relationships with clients and manage and develop longstanding partnerships.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Managing the performance of a team and ensuring tasks undertaken by the team are carried out to the highest standard
  • Coaching, developing and developing a high performing team
  • Developing, monitoring, and managing KPIs for the team
  • Conducting regular one-to-ones and appraisals with team members
  • Creating strong partnerships with a portfolio of customers
  • Identifying areas where service delivery and quality can be improved
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop a service delivery plan
  • Provide meaningful MI and analysing data for the senior leadership team

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role
  • Previous experience of working in an account management function
  • Knowledge of financial or IT services desirable
  • Experience of building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Ability to solve problems and strive for continuous improvement
