Key Account Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning financial technology company based in the heart of Bath who are looking for a Key Account Manager to join their friendly team.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in investment platforms or someone who has experience of working in the financial services sector. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with a portfolio of Financial Advisor firms through regular phone, email, and face-to-face contact – not through sales, but through ongoing service delivery.

Daily duties to include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for high network accounts and strategic partners
  • Ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience and dealing with complaints effectively and in a timely manner
  • Providing ongoing training to clients to ensure they use the platform efficiently
  • Creating and compiling reports using MI
  • Attending service delivery meetings
  • Liaising between all relevant business areas to ensure strong internal partnerships
