Our client is recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to join their friendly Salisbury office!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the servicing and administration of products such as pensions, ISAs, general investment accounts, and offshore bonds. You’ll be supporting adviser firms, clients, and third parties with a range of queries, therefore previous customer service experience is essential.
Other duties will include:
- Managing communication from Financial Advisers, assisting with requests and queries
- Producing a range of documents and reports in a timely manner
- Identifying any discrepancies on financial statements and escalating where appropriate
- Processing a range of financial instructions, requests, and investment transactions
- Ensuring internal data is accurate and up to date
- Adhering to all FCA regulations and quality standards
- Performing daily routines and processes to achieve business objectives
Required skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience
- The ability to work with confidential financial information
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Financial services experience is desirable but not essential
