Our client is a market-leading financial services provider, and they are looking to welcome an Investment Services Executive to their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing excellent services within a similar financial services role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the investment servicing and administration of company products including pensions, ISAs, General Investment Accounts, and Offshore bonds
- Supporting firms, clients, and third parties by resolving queries
- Handling inbound communications in a timely manner
- Completing daily routines including bulk trade order and settlement transactions
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong experience within a similar financial services role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines
