Responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for customers, advisors, and third parties
- Handling requests and correspondence through various communication channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with third parties such as banks, investment houses, and fund managers
- Identifying areas to improve the customer journey
- Adhering to Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ISA and SIPP is beneficial
