Join our client’s friendly team as an HR Business Partner!
This is a brand-new role dedicated to supporting the logistics team; you will be working closely with management and employees to develop and implement effective HR strategies. This role would suit a proactive self-starter with previous HR experience (e.g. HR Advisor/Consultant/Business Partner).
Duties will include:
- Providing high-level performance management guidance to line management
- Conducting weekly meetings with respective business units
- Consulting with line management and providing HR guidance as necessary
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working closely with management and employees to provide HR policy guidance
- Leading and supporting change management initiatives
- Analysing data and implementing improvements in processes and structure
- Monitoring key HR metrics, providing insight and recommendations to business leaders
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Monthly travel to other branches will be required
