Head of Sales

Are you experienced in lead generation, business development, and relationship management?

Do you have both sales experience across both B2B and D2C channels?

Our client, a well-respected and award-winning legal services provider, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to join their Business Development team. This is a brand-new role responsible for seeking, engaging, and winning new and nurturing relationships with existing corporate business partnerships – to maximise market penetration, increase leads generated, and drive sales conversions. In addition to B2B activities, the Head of Sales will work alongside the PPC/SEO expert to grow the D2C channel and boost opportunities.

This is a hybrid opportunity, 2-3 days office-based, with travel to partners, as required.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Head of Sales will include;

  • Maximising new and existing business partnerships and D2C opportunities to drive revenue
  • Developing stakeholder relationships to ensure the business proposition is understood
  • Identifying key sales opportunities and managing a pipeline of leads and conversions
  • Expanding the D2C channel by identifying and evaluating market opportunities, distribution channels, and partnership strategies
  • Attending partnership and other networking events in support of ongoing relationships and to identify new opportunities
  • Working with the Executive and SMT to ensure delivery in line with business partners’ and customer needs

Due to the nature of this Head of Sales role, similar experience of leading business development activities within a professional services environment is required.
