We’re looking for a qualified accountant with experience of systems and process implementation. You’ll be joining the team during an exciting period of change and will be instrumental in supporting our client through a period of largescale transformation.
This role suites someone strategic who will ensure our client meets their regulatory operational finance requirements. Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing a range of financial systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Developing robust financial reporting processes within a highly regulated environment
- Ensuring accountancy advice is aligned with the business’ needs
- Communicating complex accounting procedures with multiple stakeholders
- Designing and monitoring appropriate quality assurance controls and accessing risks
- Managing and undertaking analysis of complex business data to provide recommendations on operational validity
- Working closely with internal teams including an offshore team
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience of working in a regulated environment (financial services)
- CCAB qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience of implementing financial systems and controls
- Previous experience of working within CASS regulations
