Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator to join their growing team. Our client prides themselves on offering tailored solutions to meet their individual customer’s needs, working with that customer to reach a common goal.

The Role:

  • Supporting in the delivery of all facilities activities
  • Assisting with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of MI
  • Supporting with the provision of first aiders and fire wardens
  • Supporting and assisting the team in delivering the department remit as needed
  • Helping with the management of contractors on site such as security and catering
  • Reviewing current policies and processes to improve working practices and environment
  • Operating the post room facility
  • Administering the company driver safety and compliance training

The Person:

  • Previous experience working within an administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a facilities function is desirable but not essential
