Estimates Administrator

  • 40 hours per week
  • Office hours, Monday-Friday

This role is working within the construction and facilities management sector, and you will be providing essential support to our client’s team.

You will need to be detail-oriented, proactive, and organised to provide accurate and timely estimates to a key client account.

Daily responsibilities to include:

  • Preparing and managing quotations from engineers and subcontractors
  • Liaising with internal engineers and subcontractors to gather information and quotes
  • Creating accurate estimates in a timely manner
  • Ensuring estimates comply with company pricing and customer expectations
  • Tracking estimated jobs through to completion
  • Managing internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Providing additional admin support to the wider team as needed

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally experience in managing client quotations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • IT proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
