Dealing and Banking Manager

As a Dealing, Reconciliation and Banking Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Dealing, Reconciliation and Banking teams. Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a management position is required, along with knowledge of financial services.

Daily duties to include:

  • Working with departmental management teams to achieve SLAs and KPIs
  • Managing the teams to achieve effective workflows
  • Conducting one-to-one sessions, appraisals, and development plans
  • Handling escalated enquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal processes
  • Coaching staff to encourage career development
  • Supporting with various recruitment activities

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous financial services experience is essential
  • Strong CASS knowledge and sound understanding of investments
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative
