As a Dealing, Reconciliation and Banking Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Dealing, Reconciliation and Banking teams. Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a management position is required, along with knowledge of financial services.
Daily duties to include:
- Working with departmental management teams to achieve SLAs and KPIs
- Managing the teams to achieve effective workflows
- Conducting one-to-one sessions, appraisals, and development plans
- Handling escalated enquiries and complaints
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Coaching staff to encourage career development
- Supporting with various recruitment activities
Required skills and experience:
- Previous financial services experience is essential
- Strong CASS knowledge and sound understanding of investments
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under own initiative
