Your daily duties will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and ensuring queries are resolved within specified timescales
- Accurately entering client details onto internal databases
- Reviewing and responding to documents and other miscellaneous correspondence
- Investigating losses and recording data onto internal databases
- Notifying relevant parties of all losses received
- Resolving customer complaints within targets and guidelines
- Translating documents as needed
- Supporting the team with daily and ad hoc tasks
- Carrying out all related administrative duties to a high standard
The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and German. Previous experience in a customer service environment is essential. Experience with loss processing and negotiation is needed for this role.
