Customer Support Representative

Your daily duties will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and ensuring queries are resolved within specified timescales
  • Accurately entering client details onto internal databases
  • Reviewing and responding to documents and other miscellaneous correspondence
  • Investigating losses and recording data onto internal databases
  • Notifying relevant parties of all losses received
  • Resolving customer complaints within targets and guidelines
  • Translating documents as needed
  • Supporting the team with daily and ad hoc tasks
  • Carrying out all related administrative duties to a high standard

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a customer service environment. Experience with loss processing and negotiation is needed for this role. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
