We’re excited to be recruiting several Customer Support Advisors to join our client’s growing team! In this role, you’ll be delivering exceptional customer service at every point of contact. You’ll need to be a strong communicator and collaborative worker, with previous experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with a range of requests
  • Building rapport with customers to develop a strong understanding of their needs
  • Delivering effective solutions to retain customers’ business
  • Consistently meeting targets and service standards
  • Maintaining accurate records including communication logs

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A resilient and can-do attitude
  • Ability to use multiple IT systems
