Our client is looking to recruit a couple new Customer Support Advisors to join their team in the delivery of high-quality administrative and process support. Our client prides themselves on offering tailored solutions to meet their individual customer’s needs, working with that customer to reach a common goal.

The Role:
- Providing high-quality administrative and process support
- Working closely with front-line service and field sales teams to ensure service delivery meets customers’ specific needs
- Overseeing the resolution of customer issues, liaising with internal teams as required
- Ensuring administrative and process tasks are completed accurately and to agreed SLAs
- Identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to the leadership team
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations and policies
The Person:
- Previous customer service/administration experience
- Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
