Customer Service Team Leader

We’re excited to be supporting our award-winning client in the recruitment of a new Customer Services Team Leader! This role is integral to their Customer Experience team, and you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent service that our client prides themselves on. In addition, you will be instrumental in implementing improvements to service delivery, working on projects to ensure ongoing quality is achieved, and creating a positive customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working on projects to ensure and improve excellent service delivery
  • Implementing and revising policies and procedures to improve quality of service
  • Continually reviewing processes to maximise advisers and end clients
  • Adhering to the Consumer Duty principles
  • Overseeing the development and coaching of team members
  • Managing the department training plan for all new and existing team members
  • Ensuring staff are trained and fully compliant with all procedures relating to risk, confidentiality, and data security
  • Identifying, assessing, and resolving any operational risks or regulatory processes

The successful candidate will have proven experience gained within a financial services environment. Previous experience of people management, development, and coaching is required.
