Our client is looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a busy national help centre in their Bolsover offices. This is a great opportunity to join a newly created team and to work from fantastic new offices.
You’ll be advising customers over email, webchat, and the telephone, so we’re looking for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers and helping people.
You’ll be handling new customer enquiries, booking appointments, and providing quotations. You’ll also handle queries from existing customers and resolving any scheduling issues if they need to rearrange appointments.
Ideal candidates will have superb communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also have proven experience in a customer facing role, either in an office-based position, or from a hospitality or retail background.
