The Job
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, emails, and written requests from customers
- Managing queries, requests, and issues through to successful resolution
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure appropriate solutions are provided to customers
- Providing accurate information regarding life and pension policies
- Handling sensitive calls and dealing with vulnerable customers appropriately
- Updating internal systems with all customer communication
The Person
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previously worked in the hospitality, care or retail sectors, although would also suit someone who has previously worked in insurance or finance. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will also have great communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent computer literacy skills.
