Are you looking to develop your customer service skills in an office environment?
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team!
This role requires exceptional communication skills as you will be providing clear and accurate service and support to customers. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer queries and requests via telephone and email
- Resolving all issues in a timely manner and escalating as appropriate
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers
- Adhering to all GDPR policies, SLAs, and company regulations
Skills and experience required:
- Previous customer-facing experience is required
- Educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
