Are you looking to develop your customer service skills in an office environment?

Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team!

This role requires exceptional communication skills as you will be providing clear and accurate service and support to customers. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer queries and requests via telephone and email
  • Resolving all issues in a timely manner and escalating as appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers
  • Adhering to all GDPR policies, SLAs, and company regulations

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer-facing experience is required
  • Educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
